Little Minnows

St Peter, Martley

Date...Start time9:00 amEnd time10:30 am

‘Little minnows’ is a service for babies up to young children of school age and their carers. We meet on the second Thursday of the month, with the exception of the month in which Easter occurs (because we have a Good Friday activity morning for all children instead) and August.

What do we do at little minnows?

We sing, do lots of gluing and sticking, tell the stories of Jesus – often with the help of David Sherwin’s puppets – pray and make friends. We also, if parents request it, have a thanksgiving for the birth of a new born.

You may feel that a baby would not respond or get much from coming but you will be amazed at how they react to the music and puppets.

We meet in St. Peter’s Church at 9am with tea coffee, chat.  We start around 9:30am and we aim to end about 10:30am.
